DESIGN MANAGEMENT

我认为设计管理是帮助企业或个人快速发现问题并提供更准确的解决方法,设计管理能给用户带来无限的增值空间。

我的第一个项目是关于潮流界《跨界合作的商业模式研究》,将‘LV与Supreme’的跨界合作作为楔子,提出跨界合作的高话题度和普遍性。再通过大量的案例搜集,找到有长期规划且具有商业意图的案例‘Kanye West与Adidas’作为调研目标,通过设计、品牌推广与品牌营销三个方面来分析跨领域合作成功的原因。在《中国球鞋消费者行为和需求研究》项目中,我基于第一个项目进行关于用户的深入调查。将球鞋作为切入点,通过设计、品牌推广与品牌营销三个方面了解中国球鞋爱好者对于目前市场的看法,挖掘出中国球鞋爱好者的需求,最后针对这三方面为企业提出建议。

我认为正确的研究方法和清晰的分析思路是促成正确商业决策的重要手段。我通过两个项目来展现我研究和分析的能力,我希望能成为一个杰出的研究者 ,能帮助企业做出更多有远见的商业决策。

 

I think design management is to help enterprise or person to find problem faster and to provide the solution accurately, design management can lead to endless possibilities of value added change and corporate success.  

My first project was ‘crossover cooperation business model research’ of fashion area. I introduced the case of LV×Supreme as a preview of the research to put forward the hot topic of crossover cooperation which happened currently. Then I found a long-time planed and business intended case Kanye West×Adidas as the target case. By the 3 parts of design, brand promoting and brand marketing to analyze the successful business model. The project ‘Chinese sneakers behavior and requirement research’ was based on the first project, which was more concentrated on the users’ interview. I used the sneaker as my project starting point, also from the 3 parts of design, brand promoting and brand marketing to know the Chinese consumers’ attitude about the sneaker market. Finally digging out the consumers’ demand and putting forward the proposal to the enterprise about how to do better.

I think it is critical for a company to make an accurate business model by the correct research method and clear analyzing thinking. So these two projects showed my ability of researching and analyzing. As a good researcher, I would like to help my client to make informed business decisions.
